Who we are
Pouch is operated by Get Pouch (ABN 15 104 688 158), Australia. When you use Pouch or buy Pouch Pro, you are contracting with Get Pouch. Contact us at hello@getpouch.com.au.
Accepting these terms
By creating an account or continuing to use Pouch, you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
What Pouch is
Pouch is an independent platform that helps Australian families organise new-baby paperwork. The core checklist is free. Pouch Pro is an optional one-off upgrade that unlocks application prep packs and partner features. Pouch is not a government service and is not affiliated with any government agency. It gives general information only, not financial, legal or medical advice. Dates are estimates; always check the official source before acting. AI suggestions can be inaccurate, so confirm details with the official service.
Your account
Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping the information you give us accurate.
Fair use
You must not use Pouch unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe anyone's intellectual property, or to interfere with its security, including uploading malware, probing for weaknesses, or scraping. You must not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute Pouch or its prep packs.
Our content
Get Pouch owns Pouch, including its software, prep packs, guides, design and branding. Buying Pouch Pro gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the paid content for your family.
Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and refund terms are covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Pouch Pro is a one-off payment, not a subscription. See our refund policy.
Availability
We work hard to keep Pouch running and accurate, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Suspension
We may suspend or close an account for a serious breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated misuse. If your account closes, you can ask us to export or delete your data.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
