Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Pouch Pro. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at hello@getpouch.com.au and we'll help.

Once refunded, Pouch Pro features are removed from your account. Your free checklist and saved progress stay. This policy doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
